How to book your polygraph…

  1. Select an Exam

    Select the appropriate polygraph.

  2. Select Date

    Select date and time on drop-down calendar and click 'Continue'. Typical hours are 8 am - 3:30 pm Monday -Saturday, though availability varies.

  3. Complete Intake Form

    Fill out basic appointment form. You can always send more case information to david@dopolygraph.com after scheduling. Your intake is complete after payment is received. NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE.

    ASSUMED SUITABILITY - Schedule only if you are physically healthy enough to participate. If you have had any cold or flu-like symptoms or exposure in the last 14 days, you will be considered unsuitable. No refunds available due to suitability issues.

    Includes the same examination and reporting as the standard polygraph but adds additional reporting measures like a/v recording, and examiner QC.
